Morning everyone, today I took as a rest day since I hadn’t taken one since mid last week. So today I’m just a little tired, it’s funny how that getting up earlier and working out can give you so much more energy. Hello, Here is that recipe for the fruit bruschetta I made at Christmas - As promised.
You’ll need:
-A large container of non-fat vanilla yogurt (or any flavour you prefer)
-Coffee filters or cheese cloth
-1 whole wheat baguette
